How to Join?
Joining is very easy at ServiceFinders. Publishing some basic information about your business such as Company name, address and phone number is free (Free Package). Want to grow fast, and then sign up with one of our lead generation package today!
How do I get Project Leads?
If you are a Free member, you may or may not get a call from Home Owners. If you sign up with one of our lead generation package, we will do Search Engine Optimization for your business which could help you get found easier on Google depending upon the package you select. Also, online ratings and reviews from customers can boost your company reputation and more leads for you.
How will I submit my quote to win Projects?
We are just a Directory service to generate project leads from Home Owners that are looking to complete their work. We don’t qualify or guarantee the quality of lead that you receive through ServiceFinders. Once you receive a job lead alert through ServiceFinders from Home Owners, you can directly call and discuss and submit your quote to Home Owner and complete the work if awarded and request to provide a review on ServiceFinders.
What are my Costs?
• Creating your basic Company profile is free.
• If you are a paid member, we will notify you by email, SMSof any new jobs posted in your chosen categories and area of coverage depending upon the type of package you have chosen.
• We offer 30 daysfree trial with no commitment or obligation.
• We offer flexible package with no long term agreement. Your selected Package fee is charged on monthly basis and you can terminate anytime
How can I sign up for paid package membership?
Simply go to the Directory package page to activate your membership. Select your package based on your need and pay the fee via PayPal. The subscription renews automatically every month until you decide to cancel your active membership. There is no contract or agreement and you can cancel it at any time.
Will my membership / package price changes?
It is possible that these charges will be increased in future for new activations but those members who have already activated their membership will retain the same pricing structure for the duration of their subscription.
Do I get discount if I pay for 12 months membership upfront?
Absolutely, we provide 10% discount for your long term commitment.
I have trouble to Sign up for the membership, what can I do?
If you are experiencing difficulties activating your membership using PayPal, please check the following:
• Check that the credit card details that you entered is correct
• Check the personal details you entered (name, address, zip etc.) matches your Card location.
• If problem continues, please try using a different credit or debit card.
• If everything fails, please contact your bank/credit card company and/or PayPal themselves to try to resolve the issue.
Can I get a receipt for my transaction?
You can find your receipt in your PayPal account. PayPal will also send a receipt by email soon after your transaction is cleared.
How can I cancel my membership?

What are job alerts? How can I receive them?
Job alerts are regular emails and SMS to your Cell that contains the new jobs or project work that Home Owners are looking to complete based on your business profile that you created through one of paid package. If you are not signed up for job alert, please sign up for one of our package depending on your need.
How can I receive more job alerts?
Please read the package details that we offer and sign up for the package that is right for your business.
Can I change my package after I sign up?
Yes, you can upgrade or downgrade the package at the beginning of the month.
Can I quote for all job alerts that I receive?
Yes, there is no limit to submit quote for the leads that you receive. You can call Home Owner, discuss and submit bid for every job alert that you receive. Please call Home Owners only for jobs you are seriously interested in taking up.
How may ServicePros will receive one job alert?
Only 5 paid providers will receive the job alert. If first 5 are not able fulfill what Home Owner is looking for, then the same project will be forwarded to 5 more providers that are registered in ServiceFinders.
When can I ask the Home Owner to write a review about my work?
If you have completed a job to the satisfaction of the Home Owner, please ask the Home Owner to login to his account on www.ServiceFinders.org and write a review about your work. If you have not received the feedback, we would advise simply sending a friendly reminder email or SMS to the Home Owner.
How important is “Rate a Pro” by Home Owner on ServiceFinders about my work?
It is important that the Home Owner writes a review about the work you completed which helps future Owners to make their decision easier to select your business for their work. More reviews means more leads and more work to your Company.
